I also did the couch to...Yeah down is always good!<br /><br />I also did the couch to 5K at coolrunnings.com (something like that) It was a longer program, I think 12 weeks and some weeks I repeated. It was hard in the beginning but I got it and can now run forever! I did the couch to 5K program. I couldn't run at all without getting out of breath.
