Had a pretty good day off today! Finally got my hair cut, bought a new blender (b/c I broke the last one), got a new cookbook *yea*, and fired up my new crockpot!! I made Creamy Salsa Chicken in the crockpot today! It was good, but I'm gonna play around with the recipe a bit and add some spices when I make it again.
