Happy Saturday!

I am down another 1.3 lbs. this week! Yahoo!

Started the day off with a yummy breakfast.

1/2 cup southwestern egg beaters
1 wedge laughing cow cheese, french onion flavor
1 T. salsa

Cook egg beaters as if you were making an omelet. When eggs are done, spread the cheese on one half of the omelet. Fold in half. Put the salsa on top.


I had some skim milk along with mine, adding 2 more pts. Yummy breakfast for only 4 pts. total!!
