Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

3/4 cup to 1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 TB reduced fat peanut butter
ice

This is SO good, and tastes just like a peanut butter cup to me!! Great after workout treat!

CRACKshake

Sorry guys...I assumed that most of you from blog world knew what this was, but I was asked about them tonight, so here it goes....

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
5 strawberries
1 TB jello fat free sugar free pudding mix (powder only)
handful of ice

Blend and enjoy! This is a 1 pt. shake for those counting WW pts! You can change up the fruit or pudding mix to change the flavors. I've also added some protein powder when drinking one of these after a workout.

Very Berry Smoothie




With all the smoothie talk lately, I just had to whip one up for myself! This one is a mixed berry medley (3/4 cup serving 1 pt), 1/2 cup skim milk (1 pt), Chobani Greek yogurt (2pts), and some granulated Splenda to taste. Super thick and tasty 4pt smoothie! Oh, and did I mention the protein??? This yogurt has 18g of fiber per serving!
