Tonight I started a walk/RUN 5k challenge. It goes for 8 weeks, and at the end of the 8th week, I should be ready to run a 5k! Wish me luck, b/c I'll need it! For those of you who have been around in blogland for awhile, it's the WW Momentum challenge that was presented in April of 09. Anywho....here is today's breakdown.
Brunch: Special K strawberry, with 2% milk (still trying to finish off this container and get back to my skim)
Snack: 1 cup of goldfish
Dinner: Thai Turkey burger w/broccoli slaw salad
After workout: 1 banana, kashi granola bar
