So....for the 9th week in a row, I'm battling the scale. I was down .2 this week. I've been on somewhat of a plateau...ugh. Eventually all this working out will make a difference, but it just gets discouraging.
On another note, GO DUKE! Tonight I will be hanging out w/ some old friends and making some new ones while watching the game. I know they are planning on ordering pizza so I will eat before I go, b/c pizza is a trigger food for me!
