Starting the week out right!

Yummy bfast sammie!!
Nature's Own honey wheat, 2 eggs, 1 slice of WW colby jack cheese and chia seeds. Morningstar Farms veggie bacon on the side. YUM!
Lunch-BBQ chicken pizza!
I like making lunches/dinners for the week on Sunday afternoons. I cooked up one package of Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts, and while doing that, made some steel cut oats in the crock pot. (Leading to today's menu)
Bfast: Overnight oatmeal w/ a glass of milk
Lunch: chicken breast w/ canned peas and carrots
Dinner: Not sure yet...doing Zumba after work so will be eating later. Dinner may be a green smoothie.
Well, lunch is over.
