Good Morning All,
The first day went pretty well. Started off going to Cracker Barrell for breakfast. I had egg beaters, turkey sausage and some banana slices with skim milk.
For a snack I had a 90 calorie granola bar, but I must confess, a little chocolate worked itself into me yesterday!! I had a dark chocolate hersey bar! YUMMO!
For dinner was Fudruckers. This got a little challenging. Not much to choose from if trying to stay OP. I ate veggie burger, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, and some honey mustard. I ordered a SIDE salad which turned out to be enough salad for at least three people. I ate part of that and was done.

Looks like you are doing your best with what you have. Conventions are so tough because on top of a lot of food. Socails are based around food and you are so busy that you tend to eat what is in front of you. You really are doing great.
Thanks much! I tried to do the best I could with what food I had to work with, like you said. I did drink alcohol while I was gone, but not so much it would effect my weekly weigh in on Saturday! I gained about 1.8 lbs, but have managed to get the .8 off already since being home. Yahoo!!
