Weigh In....


OK the scale moved, but not in leaps and bounds, LOL. I lost .2 lbs this week. A loss is a loss! Back to the grind! I think I am going to go back to my Tae Bo workouts today. Doing Tae Bo and Jillian together (alternating days of course) is gonna be a killer!

Down .2 is better than up .2 which is what my last WI was. But, I was so happy with it b/c it was my b-day weekend and I ate out at least 3 times.

I think you've inspired my to try Jillian's workout. I'm gonna try to go find it, sometime this week.

I actually ordered mine from Amazon dot com for about 9 bucks plus shipping. I love the workout so much I have since purchased a couple more of her more recent DVD's.

Great job on only gaining .2 and eating out three times!! That goes to show that you choose well when eating out! Keep it up!

Connie, forgot to mention that you need 2 cups of spinach leaves for the smoothie. Wouldn't be very green without it. :)
