You think 30 Day Shred is tough....
Try adding an additional 20 mins to that workout! Yes peeps, this one is a total of 50 mins. 5 warm up, 40 workout, 5 cool down. OMGosh, I thought I was going to die! It's a fantastic workout, and I made it through, but I did stop a couple times along the way! My shoulders ached, and ached so I am certain that I will be sore tomorrow. I must really be a glutton, but I tell you....it felt REALLY good to finish it!
Tomorrow, I'm working out with Billy Blanks. Tae Bo Live Basic. This one is 30 mins I think. Could be 35ish. Also a very good workout. Cardio, no weights.
