I'm working night shift tonight and tomorrow night. I NEVER sleep all day, but I did today!! Wow, I haven't felt this good in a long time! I was going to get up and workout before work, but because I slept so long I didn't have time. I certainly do NOT want to get out of the habit before I get started good!!!
