4 lbs down!!! I was releaved after eating some not so healthy things this week!! I forgot pics again...but here is the breakdown for today.
Bfast:

Lunch:

Snacks:
animal crackers, apple, cheese
Dinner:
Morning Star bbq riblets, Green Giant broccoli w/cheese
