Happy Monday everyone!! Today makes a week since I started WW again. Didn't get to a meeting today, but will be going in the morning @ 10. I think I will have a good week, but not for sure. DH and I ate out several times while in Charlotte for the weekend. OK...catching you up on Sunday and Monday eats...

Monday's Eats:
Breakfast:
Peach yogurt, w/ 1/4 cup Kashi GoLean, canteloupe, Subway Western Egg White Muffin Melt
Lunch:
Chick-fil-a original sandwich (there's a story here...went to the drive thru, ordered the grilled sandwich but had a surprise when I got back to work)
Dinner: PB and jelly sandwich w/ popchips
Nature's Own Double Fiber Bread (has Omega 3's in it too!!!)
Sour Cream and Onion Popchips
