Happy Saturday!


Down another 2.6 lbs this week!!! I also made my 5% goal!! Really good start to my day!

Breakfast after the meeting:

Starbucks spinach feta wrap


Starbucks grande light caramel frapp

Lunch: Chick-fil-a original chicken sandwich. We were at the Duke Football game, so no sides or anything else.

Dinner: BBQ Chicken Pizza
