So tonight I pushed play on another new Tae Bo video; during which my arches really started hurting. I took a couple mini breaks, and tried to jump right back in, but by this time they were doing push ups. I SUCK at push ups. Instead of getting down and doing as many as I could, I gave up. I was so disappointed in myself that I began to cry. Had myself a little mini breakdown, lol. I was just so frustrated and felt like I had no workout at all. Now that I can see clearly I see I DID have a workout, that could have been better if I would have only kept going. Don't give up, or you will never get to your goal!
Bfast: WW oatmeal w/ craisins and a glass of skim milk
Dinner: Salad (didn't eat at lunch) and an apple
