Giveaway!!!!!

Hello all! Sorry to be AWOL for the last few weeks. I have no excuse other than being lazy! Once I get home, make something for dinner, and workout....I tend to veg for the rest of the night. This is why my dirty laundry is multipying and my blog is neglected. I've been battling two pounds for two months now, but I WILL win the fight. Eventually all this working out will push me over this plateau!

So who wants new workout videos?? I have a set of three Tae Bo videos that will go to one lucky person!!! Just leave me a comment saying you are interested and what your fav workouts are! Good luck! I will randomly pick a winner next Monday night!

I feel your pain over those two pounds. I have been wrestling with 3 wily pounds for months it feels like. Actually, only one month but I want to break into the 150's and it moves to 159.9 and holds then goes up to 161 and hangs there despite everything I do!! I love to use the Wii Fit Plus and we just got the treadmill fixed so I am hoping that running for twenty minutes every other day will help too!! Good luck to you and hang tough! Those two pounds will eventually give it up!!!

Hey you! I was just wondering today what was up :) You will knock those 2 lbs out soon! I have found that I actually really like the DWS workout, and I can actually do most of it! I tend to have trouble with that type thing when your hands go one way and your feet go another! :0

I like no workout best but that doesn't give you results. I like walking, riding my bike, and my wii fit, though I do videos every now and then.

I walk a lot though I haven't done much lately. I'm getting back into the the weightloss game, I plateaued for a year and quit. I gained back everything I lost plus more.

You should try adding more strength training to your exercise routine. Make sure you're using weights! When you do this, you build muscle and muscle builds fat!

I actually just got one of Bob Harper's Inside out method DVDs. It is crazy...seriously. It's my new favorite DVD. I also started a new running program.
