Well, another gain *sigh*. 2.6 this week, making it a gain of 4 lbs for the month of April. Last week I ate out several times, went thru a hellacious class, and had no time to exercise, so a gain was to be expected. Gotta get back on track!! Tonight I sat down and made a grocery list/menu for the week. Going shopping after church tomorrow, then back home to cook! Looking forward to getting back to working out too!
