Weighed in this morning. Down .4 this week, leaving 1.6 lbs cruise weight left to lose. DH left this morning, headed to St. Louis. I am busy in the kitchen trying to get things done for the week. I reeeeeeaaaaly need to be better about cooking ahead! So far, applewood smoked turkey tenderloin, chicken taco filling, and carmelized onions done!
Bfast- starbucks spinach feta wrap and a grande light caramel frapp
Lunch- applewood smoked turkey tenderloin, peas w/ carrots
Snacks- WW popped cinnamon swirl crisps, WW chocolate caramel bar, apple
Dinner- (the plan is...) turkey pepperjack sausages w/ caramelized onions, and a side salad
