Started out my Sunday with a really yummy bfast! Kashi waffles, a couple tablespoons of sugar free syrup, two eggs with a wedge of laughing cow cheese and two slices of deli sliced turkey chopped. Skim milk on the side. VERY filling...in fact I felt as if I were the marshmallow stay puff man after eating all that!
Lunch was a BIG grilled chicken salad from Texas Roadhouse. Yes, I did indulge in the fresh bread. 2 really yummy fresh HOT rolls!!
I'm still full from all this food, so I may not eat dinner. Maybe just some cheese and fruit.
Back to work tomorrow...*sigh*
