Happy Friday!

Yummy dinner yesterday! I crusted some chicken cutlets in McCormick crusting (italian seasoning, parm cheese, and panko bread crumbs all in one bottle!), and mixed a little fiber one bread crumbs in with it. Nice and crispy!! Served with some steamed cauliflower with one tablespoon of pesto, YUM, and the leftover serving of the broccoli slaw with fruit. Yummy meal!

I did 30 day shred again last night. Felt MUCH better the 3rd time around. I think after one more go at level one I will try level 2. Right now, my heel on my left foot is hurting pretty bad. Not sure what I may have done, but it hurts, so I'm trying to stay off of it as much as possible today.

You're ready to move on to level 2 of the Shred?! :-0 WOW! I'm impressed.

Kelly, here is a link for the crusting blends so you can see what the bottle looks like. It's under the spice rack at my store, along with all the other McCormick blends.
