Well, not exactly what I'd hoped for....a gain of .2 lbs this week. Not so bad in the scheme of things, but when I started working out with Jillian Michaels (30 day shred) I certainly didn't think I would GAIN weight!! Oh well, there's always next week!!

I have been told several times that when you first start working out hard that you will sometimes show a weight gain and the next week it falls off. So don't be discouraged. :)
Yeah, I know...still don't like it, hee hee! I'll be right back at it tonite after work!
I've had little ups and downs like that. Quite often after a hard few days working out, I put on weight. But then, the next week I lose it....look forward to next weeks results :) Cool blog by the way!

I was gonna say what Kelly said, but she beat me to it. However, I know it sucks when you work out so well, and then gain weight. But hopefully you will have a super good number on the scale for your next weigh-in :)
It's those sore muscles holding on to fluid. It goes away!
