CRACKshake

Sorry guys...I assumed that most of you from blog world knew what this was, but I was asked about them tonight, so here it goes....

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
5 strawberries
1 TB jello fat free sugar free pudding mix (powder only)
handful of ice

Blend and enjoy! This is a 1 pt. shake for those counting WW pts! You can change up the fruit or pudding mix to change the flavors. I've also added some protein powder when drinking one of these after a workout.
