Breakfast: So yummy! I finally tried one of Hungry Girl's egg mug recipes. This is right on time and SO quick to make in the morning. I also added two slices of Morningstar Farms veggie bacon strips, and served on a Weight Watchers english muffin!
Snack: Mrs. May's Naturals
Lunch: Subway spicy italian sub on wheat, and Lay's light chips, diet coke.
Dinner: Turkey Hillshire Farm Deli Select slices, Kraft 2% slice cheese, on an Arnold's Sandwich Thin. Along side, some Pringle's Light chips.
Today's eats:
Breakfast- Same as yesterday, egg "mcmuffin", and some plums on the side.
Lunch:
Sometimes there is nothing better than a good 'old peanut butter and jelly sammich!! I used Peter Pan reduced fat PB, Smucker's sugar free strawberry preserves, on Weight Watcher's whole wheat bread. Pringles light on the side.
