Happy Sunday!

Breakfast:

Starbucks Venti Light Caramel Frapp


Starbucks Turkey Bacon English Muffin

Lunch:

McDonald's Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad

Dinner: Basic tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread. Nothing fancy so I didn't take a pic.

Dessert/Snack: 100 calorie Yogurt Crunch.

Trying a new turkey chili recipe tomorrow...crockpot recipe, so stay tuned!!!
