Happy Tuesday!!

Hello All,

Hope everyone is doing well! Tomorrow is my 2nd weigh day since starting WW again. I'm pretty excited about it. I have to admit, I have NOT started the exercise to accompany the healthy eating, but it will come. OK, so here are some of the eats from yesterday and today.


Easy as 1-2-3 fire alarm chili and some cheese toasts made on sandwich thins.


Asian stir-fry veggies with ginger and garlic


Veggies with some turkey kielbasa


Ultra thin deli ham on a sandwich thin, with one wedge of laughing cow cheese, and an apple on the side.


Oven roasted chickpeas


Cheeseburger on whole wheat bun, with roasted chickpeas on the side.
