Sunday ;-)

Evening peeps!! Another successful workout w/o knee issues. Whew, think I'm finally on the mend! Treadmill for 25 mins and 15 mins of a kettlebell dvd. I was afraid to push it and do the whole thing.

Bfast: raisin bran muffin, crustless mini quiche, fruit cup, and skim milk


Lunch: McDonald's Southwest grilled chicken salad

Snack: black cherry jello

Snack: apple slices and light string cheese

Dinner: black bean burger w/ WW cheese, simple romaine salad w/ light ceaser dressing

Back to dayhift tomorrow. Going to try a new soup this week!! That's all for now. Ciao. ;-)
