OK, so my weigh in on Saturday was a gain...1.8!! Yikes! I am having a hard time trying to get used to eating on a regular schedule again. Now that I am working strictly day shift, I REALLY need to get back on track with cooking more and eating out less. It's no surprise that I gained though, b/c I've eaten out more, and snacked on the bread before the meals, as well as munched on my hubby's chocolate chip cookies that he got from the Double Tree...YEAH the BIG totally yummy ones!! I also didn't exercise (still have a cough from being sick since Christmas, and get easily out of breath right now) and I DIDN"T TRACK my food!!! I was totally obsessed with it before, not sure why in the last two weeks I just can't get it together. UGH! Anywho...it's all good and hopefully I can start working out some this week. I'm gonna try tomorrow, so we'll see. Wish me luck with that b/c I know my endurance is totally shot after no working out for a month!
Bfast: Special K red berries, with 2% milk
Lunch: Applebee's WW Paradise Salad
Dinner: Taco Soup (wow, my pts on this soup really went UP), tostitos chips
Snack: WW chocolate caramel bar, gingersnap cookies
I find that when I worked shift work, I had trouble eating all my daily points every day. Now that I am back on day shift, I find myself running over every day? WTH?? I just really need to buckle down, eat more fruit and more veggies to fill myself up and lay off the carbs...they get me into trouble!! I will post the recipe for my Taco Soup later in the week.
